Aka Orange Hokkaido. A tear drop shaped winter squash averaging 4-6 lbs. Bright orange skin with bright Cantalope colored meat. Very dry flesh so makes very good pies. Very little to no stringiness. We use ours to make pumpkin soup and it’s the best! One of our favorites!!
