Calabrian Caviar-10+ Organically grown seeds

This small bright red pepper hails from Calabria, Italy. Rustic and sweet, it has a crisp flesh and a chili flavor without the heat.  Marvelous in cooking, fresh, roasted or dried. These are very nice stuffed with a mild goat cheese and grilled on the BBQ,   There’s a reason the Calabrian’s call this their caviar.
