We received this seed from a Russian grower. The name is translated from Russian. Very beautiful bi-color with a clear epi. Cut to reveal a green fleshed tomato with a deep fushia heart. When ripe the fruits have a more mahogany or copper color. Possibly a Russian commercial variety at one time.
We really enjoyed these. A visual treat to see. If you want to impress friends, lay this one out on a platter. Very balanced taste with solid texture.
***We also got a yellow epidermis version we call Mossy Oak. If you ordered seed from us last year, please check the skin color as there was some confusion when seeding.
