Description
ÂClaude Brown’s Yellow Giant– 10 Seeds
This is an old Kentucky heirloom originating from Claude Brown of Pike County, Ky more than 35 years ago. Claude Brown worked for many years improving this variety. It is sometimes known as Brown’s Yellow Giant.
This has to be one of the best and largest Yellow tomatoes you could ask for. Although to me it is more orange than yellow. These are monsters with most weighing in at 1.5 lbs.  This is also one of the parents of La Vie en Rose and Moonshiner’s Ball. Not only is it beautiful it has a very meaty interior and one slice can cover a sandwich. The flavor is mild and very old timey tomato taste. To me this is one of the most overlooked heirlooms. I’m surprised it is not more commonly grown. It’s what I call a sleeper. Don’t miss out on this one if you love the yellows.
