Ausilio Thin Skin Italian Pepper~ 15 Seeds
This Italian heirloom pepper immigrated to the United States with Giovanni and Rachel P. Scarcello in the early 1900’s. Their daughter Theresa and most of their descendants continue to grow this thin skinned, ,mildly hot pepper. It is used for drying, frying, stuffing and canning. Most grow about 5 inches in length. It has been placed in the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in Norway.
