A rare tomato from the Millard Murdock collection. I’m describing it as purple but it’s more of a mahogany color. Deep purple color when sliced. Large beefsteak with green shoulders (typical of purple tomatoes). We are thrilled to offer it this year as we love Millard’s tomatoes.
Nice balanced sweet flavor. Juicy yet meaty. Here’s a chance to try another winner from Millard Murdock. I haven’t seen them sold by other vendors other than one. Low seed variety which means more meat for your bite.
