The Pimiento Najerano is a very large red pepper with no heat from Spain. It originates from the region Nájera and is sold fresh at the Spanish Markets .
Intensely red when ripe this pepper is sweet with a thick meaty interior. Perfect raw, stuffed or roasted. We are pleased to be able to offer this Spanish pepper.
