Green Zebra-10+seeds

When I started growing tomatoes, this was the first striped tomato I ever grew. A creation of potato and tomato breeder Tom Wagner from Everett, Washington. He first introduced this in 1983. It’s not quite old enough to be classified as an heirloom but since it was really the first striped tomato to make waves, it deserves a place in our catalog. A favorite of top chefs, markets and home gardeners. Fully ripe it should have green and yellow stripes as shown in the photos. It really adds a splash of color to salads and platters. Both sweet and tangy at the same time.  Fruits can average 4-5 oz. Most are globe shaped but some will have a more blunt heart shape. Big producer.
