This unusual tomato comes to us from Brad Gates.
Cherokee Rose is a unique variation of the renowned Cherokee Purple. We honestly grew this one because we loved the look of it. A dusty rose color with a vibrant pink flesh. The matte skin is a unique visual for those that like to grow the un-usual types. Ours did not have the pronounced fuzzy skin associated with this but it could be the difference in growing conditions.
With Cherokee Purple in it’s lineage, you can imagine the taste. It’s sweet like a summer fruit freshly picked.
Very generous producer. Picture perfect fruits.
